Hari is a mentor and angel investor with 32 years of experience in IT. Prior to holding the Chief Strategic Advisor position for 3i Infotech, a leading global IT solutions provider, Hari was the Deputy Managing Director of its global operations. Under his guidance, 3i Infotech saw a growth of operations from $40M to $500M across South Asia, including India, Western Europe, Middle East & Africa.
Earlier in his career, Hari set up INSYST Technologies in 1986, an Enterprise software products startup. INSYST created the first ERP solution in the Middle East and has been ranked by IDC as the third best in the region for many years, while its Insurance ERP has been ranked number one.
Hari holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from IIT, Kanpur and a master’s degree in business administration from IIM, Kolkata.

Sri is a consummate Finance & Operations Management Specialist. Sri has worked across India, South Asia and the Middle East and has considerable experience in putting together a strong financial management control system and ensuring its successful performance. Prior to Encore, Sri was Chief Financial Officer and head of operations for 3i Infotech, EMEA. In his 21 years of experience, Sri has held numerous management positions in finance and operations. To name a few, he was the Group CFO at Wadhwan International, Director Finance at TDIC, Abu Dhabi, CFO at President Park Group, Bangkok and Senior Officer at Securities and Exchange Board and ONGC India.
Sri received a master’s degree in business administration in finance from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), New Delhi.
